Edmonton | Dryland Training (Sept-Nov)


General Fitness

Circuit training, indoor rock climbing, dodgeball and slacklining will all be a part of getting in shape for the 2019/20 snowboard season. Dryland programs focus on general fitness, core strength, flexibility, development and strengthening of snowboard specific muscle groups, agility and endurance. Athletes wanting to become serious competitors need to be fit and ready for the start of the season. Dryland training reduces the risk of injury while making snowboarding easier and safer, enabling athletes to reach their performance goals.


Indoor Rock climbing sessions-
Location: Rock Jungle fitness 10247 184 Street

9 Sessions

  • Tuesdays from 7:30pm-9:00pm (9 sessions)

    Dates: Sept 10, 17, 24 Oct 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Nov 5, 12

General Fitness-
Location- Braemar School – Gym E – 9359 67a St

9 Sessions

  • Thursdays from 6:00pm to 7:30pm (9 sessions)

    Sept 12, 19, 26 Oct 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 Nov 7, 14

Cost: $450

All programs are subject to 5% GST. All programs are non-refundable – no exceptions including injuries. ***In order for riders to be able to participate in any of our Dryland Programs, they need to be registered in an On-Snow Program as well***
