Edmonton | Dryland Training (Sept-Nov)
Trampoline Aerial Awareness
This program focuses on rider awareness in the air, development of tricks, landings, and agility. Core strength and stretching are included. For all riders enrolled in our programs, this off-snow program is essential. To progress in freestyle, riders need to be aware of where they are in the air throughout aerial maneuvers. Learning and practicing freestyle tricks off-snow makes on-snow progression faster and safer. These sessions are a great opportunity for coaches and riders to bond before they get on-snow!
*Please note there are two different times depending on the on-snow program you are registered in.
